THE MYSTICAL HOLLOW
This piece is a contemplative exploration of human consciousness and the unseen forces that shape our understanding of reality. Rooted in my philosophy of Dotism and the conceptual universe of The World of Circles, the painting examines how identity is formed through inherited belief systems, cultural memory, symbolic authority, and the continuous cycles that influence human perception.
Rather than portraying an individual portrait, the central figure emerges as a universal vessel of consciousness. Its hollowed form does not signify absence but a sacred interior space where memory, spirituality, experience, and inherited philosophies accumulate throughout generations. Within this symbolic void lies the ongoing dialogue between the conscious and subconscious mind—a place where identity is continually questioned, reshaped, and rediscovered.
Through layered abstract forms and VICOBET symbolic patterns, the composition visualizes humanity’s recurring search for meaning. Circular rhythms evoke the endless movement of existence, suggesting that every generation inherits systems of belief while simultaneously possessing the capacity to examine and transcend them. Dominated by luminous blue tones, the painting creates an atmosphere of introspection, spiritual stillness, and psychological depth, inviting viewers into a meditative encounter with themselves.
